Ba Sing Se - the city of walls and secrets.
I dunno, I kind of wanted to do a serious, portrait sort of picture. I’ve always loved the whole scenario where they were trying to sneak into the party at the palace, with the Dai Li, and government conspiracies, and the cuts to Jet and Zukos’ swordfight and his arrest and brainwashing. The girls dresses were gorgeous; I wasn’t quite sure what to do for the guys, though, so I just kept them in their busboy uniforms.  I dunno, I’m kind of half-unsure of what to think of their poses. They look a little stiff, but it kind of suits the mood of the picture.  (Sokka, Toph, Katara, Aang - AtLA) [Edit: Fixed Katara's skirt and sleeve.] |
